About the Role The Head of St Peters Springfield holds overall responsibility for the leadership, culture and performance of the Springfield school, reporting to the Head of College and working in close partnership with the College’s executive leadership. This is a role of significant breadth and influence, suited to a leader who is both educationally grounded and commercially astute - able to think strategically while remaining highly visible and engaged in the daily life of the College. As a values-led leader, the Head of St Peters Springfield sets the tone for student learning and care, staff wellbeing and performance, and the responsible stewardship of people, resources and facilities.
